Aunty’s Farm 1 Year Celebration Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the “Aunty’s Farm 1 Year Celebration Giveaway” (“the Giveaway”) conducted by Aunty’s Farm, ABN 68 968 014 693. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

• The Giveaway is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 years and over.

• Employees, contractors, or anyone directly associated with Aunty’s Farm are not eligible to enter.
  
  

2. Entry Period

• The Giveaway opens on 1 September 2025 (AEST) and closes on 31 October 2025 at 11:59pm AEST.

• The winner will be drawn at random and announced on Monday 3 November 2025 via Aunty’s Farm social media channels.
  
  

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must during the Entry Period:

1. Follow @auntys.farm on Instagram or @auntysfarm on Facebook.

2. Comment on the official Giveaway post stating which holiday they would choose.

3. Tag the person they would take with them. Each comment and tag counts as one entry.

4. Bonus entries are available by sharing the Giveaway post to their story and tagging @auntysfarm.

• Entrants may enter multiple times provided each entry meets the above requirements.
  
  

4. The Prize

• The winner will receive a voucher for two (2) nights’ accommodation at their choice of one of the following Airbnb farm stays:
  
  

  • Port Macquarie, NSW – a property suitable for up to five people (including children).
    
    

  • Bellingen, NSW – a property suitable for two people.
    
    

• The voucher will be to the total value of the two nights’ stay, which may range from AUD $439.01 to AUD $1,374.80, depending on the chosen property and dates.

• The winner must have an Airbnb account to redeem the voucher.

• Booking must be made through Airbnb in the normal way, subject to availability of the property on the desired dates.

• The voucher must be redeemed (booking confirmed) by 1 January 2026, though the stay itself may be for any available date after that, as determined by the host.

• The prize covers accommodation only. Transport, meals, and all other expenses are the responsibility of the winner.

• The prize is not transferable or exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
  
  

5. Selection of Winner

• The winner will be chosen by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

• The winner will be contacted via direct message on the platform they entered from. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Aunty’s Farm reserves the right to redraw.
  
  

6. Liability

• This Giveaway is conducted by Aunty’s Farm in support of Australian farmers who share their properties through short stays and farm stays.

• This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Airbnb, Instagram, Facebook, or any other platform.

• By entering, participants release Airbnb, Instagram, Facebook, and Aunty’s Farm from any liability arising from or in connection with the Giveaway.

• Aunty’s Farm is not responsible for:

  • Any technical difficulties, lost entries, or delays.

  • Availability or quality of the accommodation.

  • Any travel, health, safety, or other risks associated with the prize.

• Entrants participate at their own risk.
  
  

7. Privacy

• Personal information collected (such as names and contact details) will be used only for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
  
  

8. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
